When I'm older...

i'll wear whatever i want. ................................................. “I’ve apparently been the victim of growing up, which apparently happens to all of us at one point or another. It’s been going on for quite some time now, without me knowing it. I’ve found that growing up can mean a lot of things. For me, it doesn’t mean I should become somebody completely new and stop loving the things I used to love. It means I’ve just added more things to my list.” ................................................ Jeremiah 29:11

I have always been very into jewelry but lately, my style is evolving. I used to stack on bracelets to create the perfect arm candy but lately, my motto is “less is better”. I have been loving wearing this bracelet from Kitsch. It is called the Heart Throb Bracelet and what I love about it is that even though it’s such a delicate bracelet, it also has a side of edginess to it. It consists of a thin silver bar with hearts on it (there’s also skulls, crosses, and stars varieties!). Then for the little punch of uniqueness, there are two delicate chain tassels hanging down from it, making this bracelet adjustable as well.

I paired this bracelet with my new Marc Jacobs watch, which I think compliments it wonderfully. Then, for my rings and earrings, I tried to go with the same simple but edgy vibe. These long bar earrings are one of my most recent obsessions. They go with so many outfits! And these rings, I recently picked up on Black Friday from Loft 82 and Oak and Fort. How pretty are they?

I know there is a great controversy around knockoffs of designer pieces and I’m usually not one for knockoff pieces but I’ve always loved the look of Cartier bangles. However, unlike Kendall and Kylie Jenner, my broke university budget doesn’t allow for a $7000 bracelet (p.s that could pay for almost a year of tuition, school > Cartier). Anyways, rant over, on to the review!

I received two items from http://www.bairongnet.com/. I have to admit, I was a bit shocked at how exact these replicas were! I’m no expert but if I didn’t see the prices, I would have thought these were the real things! I love this Cartier inspired bracelet! It screws on just like the real bracelet and although it can be a pain to put on everyday, I love that it fits my wrist. I have abnormally small wrists but surprisingly, this bracelet fits perfectly! I also received this Louis Vuitton inspired coin purse. Yes, Kendall Jenner does have the real thing as well. What can I say, I’m kind of obsessed with the Jenners. This coin purse is so adorable. With the keychain attached, this pouch is perfect for carrying a small amount of cash when you don’t want to lug a large bag around. I was very surprised with the quality as well. Although this is a fraction of the price of the real thing, it feels just as durable. The metal hardware is a bit plastic-feeling but other than that, its great! Plus, both items come packaged in replica dust bags and boxes as well! So, if you’ve been lusting over a specific designer piece, but just can’t justify paying the price, check out this http://www.bairongnet.com/!

Over these past years, one thing has not changed. I still love bracelets as much as ever. Recently, I got these bracelets from Ashley Bridget and I am so impressed with them! Ashley Bridget focuses very much on the trendy, chic and high quality side of jewelry. The first set of bracelets I received is called the Arm Candy. The set includes a shamballa style bracelet with gold pave beads, a sideways cross bracelet, and a simple friendship bracelet accented with gold beads. All three bracelets are made with a coral cord that is adjustable and zirconia crystals. This set is especially great because you can wear the bracelets separately or all at once! The next bracelet is called the Odysseus. The Odysseus features Zirconia Crystals wrapped in a thin gold chain, fastened to a navy blue sailor rope. This bracelet gives off a very nautical vibe which I love! Lastly is the Armory bracelet. This is probably my favorite out of the three! This bracelet has 14 kt gold spikes wrapped in a tan string with a gold chain layered on the outside. It is the perfect bracelet to be layered with other bracelets and watches but can also make a statement on it’s own. I love all three bracelets so much and they are also available in numerous other colors so go check out Ashley Bridget!
