Before I made this post, I didn’t realize that the majority of my favorite fragrances were celebrity fragrances. But then again, I’m not really that surprised. I usually gravitate towards the sweeter scents and celebrity fragrances definitely tend to be on the girlier, sweeter side. So, here are some of my favorite fragrances of 2015! While writing this post, I also noticed that I forgot to include quite a few of my other favorite fragrances like Vera Wang Be Jeweled and the Elizabeth and James Nirvana perfumes, oops!
Burberry Brit (buy here)- I stole this one from my mom a while back and it’s such a classic perfume. It has so much nostalgia from when my mom used to wear it and I think that’s the main reason why I love it so much. It’s a deep musky scent with vanilla.
Katy Perry Meow (buy here)– This one is the epitome of sugary sweet. It’s smells like cotton candy and is absolutely delicious.
Taylor Swift Enchanted Wonderstruck (buy here)– I’m not sure if I’m a fan of this one more because it’s a Taylor Swift fragrance or because of the actual scent. Either way, it’s definitely one of my favorites.
Couture Couture by Juicy Couture (buy here)– This is the only one of my perfumes that I wouldn’t classify as sweet. It’s definitely more floral, making it one of my favorites for the Spring and Summer season.
Ari by Ariana Grande (buy here)– This is the newest perfume in my collection and although I absolutely despise Ariana Grande, I surprisingly really like her perfume. It’s sweet with a touch of some fruity notes like pear, grapefruit and raspberry.
Aquolina Pink Sugar (buy here)– This was my very first perfume ever. I got it in grade 8 and I haven’t stopped using it since. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever get bored of the scent. It’s definitely sweet, but it still has a sophisticated side to it unlike something like the Katy Perry Meow and Taylor Swift Wonderstruck which are strictly one-sided sweet.
So there are my favorite fragrances of 2015! Next on my list is the Marc Jacobs Decadence perfume! That one is way too good! I hope you guys have a great end to 2015 and I wish you all the best in 2016.
