I haven’t done a makeup favorites post in the longest time, but I found that I have really been loving some certain products lately and I thought I should share them with you!
Pur Minerals Cream Eyeshadow (champagne)- Unfortunately these cream shadows were discontinued a while back, but they were replaced by the similar Pur Eye Polishes. I have been loving layering a pale shimmery cream shadow under my powder eye shadows to really make them pop!
Clarins Mineral Mono Eyeshadow(tea rose)- I had no idea Clarins discontinued their single shadows until I tried to link them and I couldn’t find them anywhere online so sorry about that! But this light pink is the perfect all-over lid shade or to just blend in the crease when I’m feeling extra natural!
Clarins Ombre Iridescente Cream-to-Powder Eyeshadow (Silver Pink)- This is the prettiest colour I have ever owned. It’s a super metallic dusty rose that just looks amazing on! I have really been into pink eyeshadow lately if you couldn’t tell.
Marc Jacobs Style Eye Con Eyeshadow Palette (The Lover)- This palette will never not be my favorite. I could talk about it for days but to save you (and me) the trouble, check out my full review on it here.
Essence Lash Princess Mascara– This mascara is one of the best ones that I have tried in a long time. I’m still amazed how affordable it is! For just a couple of dollars, you get the longest and most voluminous lashes you will ever see!
Cover Fx Matte Setting Powder– I’ve never really used a translucent setting powder until I came across the whole baking trend. For those who didn’t know, baking is when you heavily pack on powder on top of concealer and let it set for several minutes and then brush away the excess. It has been absolutely amazing at helping my undereyes not crease throughout the day!
Quo Mini Sponge– This is the perfect sponge to bake my face with (see above!) It’s miniature size fits right under my eye area and easily helps me pack on the powder!
Dior Glowing GardensIlluminating Powder– After using this highlighter for a couple of months, I still stand strong in my decision that this gives me the prettiest glow ever. I just love the shimmery pink colour that suits my fair skin perfectly! Check out the full review here.
Physicians Formula Gentle Cover Concealer(light)- I’ve never been a fan of stick concealers. I’ve always found them so cakey and heavy. They cling to my dry skin. All of my life I’ve much preferred a lighter, more liquid texture. But this concealer has totally changed my mind on that! It conceals any blemishes and dark circles and flawlessly blends into my skin! Plus the colour couldn’t be more perfect! It’s always a struggle finding a concealer light enough for me!
