1. Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick (Bella)★★★☆☆
The Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks are always a popular choice, I just wish they weren’t so drying. I can only wear these for a couple of hours before I feel the need to take them off so I can moisturize my lips with a heavy-duty lipbalm and lip scrub.
2. Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick (Premium Pink)★☆☆☆☆
I was super excited to try out this liquid lipstick and it was so pretty at first. It dried to a nice matte finish but within five minutes, it was peeling and flaking and turned into a huge mess!
3. Nyx Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick (Tea & Cookies)★★★☆☆
I was pretty torn whether to give these Nyx Liquid Suede lip colours three stars or four stars. I settled on three starts because not only do they transfer quite a bit, they are also extremely drying and tend to flake a lot. The colour is super pretty though!
4. Mally Evercolor Lip Lacquer (Gerbera Daisy)★★☆☆☆
This is one of those liquid lipsticks that stay glossy! The colour is absolutely perfect and the formula is extremely hydrating, I just wish it was longer lasting. Read my full review here.
5. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor (Seduction)★★★★☆
This was is a pretty matte nude but it never dries completely. It can still transfer onto other surfaces so you will need to re-apply often! Read my full review here.
6. Bourjois Rouge Edition Lip Color (Frambourjoise)★★★★☆
These are super similar to the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks except they have a more velvety, slightly thicker texture and they don’t dry out your lips quite as much.
7. Hard Candy Velvet Mousse Matte Lip Color (Cherry Blossom)★★★★☆
I love this one! It’s dries to a smooth matte finish without drying out your lips. It will never dry completely and can still transfer, but I don’t mind it too much with this one! Read my full review here.
8. Rimmel Provocalips 16HR Kissproof Lip Color (Dare to Pink)★★★☆☆
I like that this liquid lipstick is double sided with a hydrating gloss so the lipstick side isn’t so drying. However, this liquid lipstick still tends to dry patchy and flakes off after an hour.
9. Chanel Double Intensité Ultra Wear Lip Color (Light Rose)★★★★★
This is by far my favorite liquid lipstick. It dries to a matte finish that won’t budge all day without drying out your lips surprisingly! Plus the colour is absolutely gorgeous for everyday wear. Read my full review here.
10. Pur Lip Lure Hydrating Lip Lacquer (Graceful)★★☆☆☆
The Pur Lip Lacquer is incredibly hydrating like it promises and provides a gorgeous matte finish. I just find the formula too thick and sticky for my lips.
So there is my breakdown of all the liquid lipsticks I have been wearing lately! Since editing and writing this post, I have discovered a bunch more liquid lipsticks so stay tuned for a part two in the future!
