I don’t think you can tell by these photos (because I deleted a lotof them and edited the shit out of these ones), but this day was so windy and rainy and miserable. And normally I wouldn’t even venture outdoors to take outfit pictures on a day like this, but I hadn’t posted an #ootd post in two weeks and my blogging status was fading from my existence, so I sucked it up and braved the weather. Every year, I hope that Edmonton will actually get a Fall season for longer than two weeks, but as usual, Fall was gone before it even arrived this year. I didn’t even get the chance to capture the red and orange leaves in a blog post this year. I’m very sad about it. We’ll try again in 11 months. Cross your fingers for me.
I pulled out the fur bomber again for October. I love this jacket. I got it from Forever 21 last year (view it in another outfit here) for an insane deal and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It’s so casual yet boujee (even though its fake fur and Forever 21 lol). But eh, a girl can try, right? Underneath the jacket, I’m wearing this striped top from Topshop. But not just any Topshop, I’m talking about the Topshop on Fifth Ave in New York. Ah, how I miss New York. But yeah anyways, usually I wear this blouse as more of a jacket over a t-shirt, but I tried something different this time by buttoning it up and tucking only half in. Because I’m cool and casual like that, ya hear?
For jeans, I’m wearing my baggy boyfriend Liyas from Citizens of Humanity. Everyday they inspire me to workout and get a bum so I can actually fill out the back of these jeans. Whoops. #getabutt2017. I added my favorite western buckle belt with my black leather booties from Sam Edelman and that was that! One day my outfits will get more exciting. Maybe. Don’t hold your breath. I’m working with Simons in some upcoming outfits, so maybe those will be cute! Get excited. Peace out homies. This girl has to go study now.
