Nothing makes me happier for the Holidays than all the makeup gift sets that start coming out this time of the year. Wait, no! I take that all back. That makes me sound extremely materialistic. There is so many things I love more about Christmas. It’s my favorite time of the year after all. But this post is all about makeup, so let’s get on with it! This year, Hard Candy went over the topwith all of their Christmas gift sets. They came out with so many that can all be found at your local Walmart! I am going to be splitting my posts up into a couple of different posts to be covering the sets! Today I will be talking about some of their larger sets and next week, I’ll be covering their fun stocking stuffers!
The first set is this HUUUUGE blockbuster set that is perfect to get for someone who is just getting into makeup. It comes with all the essentials you could need. The All Lit Up set comes with three large palettes including a 9-shade eyeshadow collection with a black eyeliner, a power blush/bronzer/illuminator palette and a cream contour/highlighter palette. But it doesn’t end there, oh no. In addition, it includes a Long Wear setting spray (Hard Candy’s setting sprays are the BOMB), an eyeshadow primer and a face primer! Honestly what more could you need?!
The second set is an eyeshadow palette trio that totally sets you up for the holidays. There are three different palettes, including an all-matte neutral one that is perfect for everyday looks over the winter. Then, there is my favorite one that is perfect for Christmas Day. It’s has such unique colours in it like a burgundy, emerald and a red! Doesn’t that scream Christmas?! The third palette is definitely dedicated for my New Year’s Eve look with glittery sparkly pinks and silvers and an ice blue. These trios are just so fun!
It seems like lip palettes are all the rage lately so I was excited to see this one from Hard Candy. The Look Pro Lip Artiste Collection comes with everything you could need to create festive lip looks over the holidays! It includes six shades of lipstick ranging from pinks to reds to deeper burgundies. In addition, it comes with a neutral-toned lipliner, a sparkling highlighting topcoat and a lip plumping gloss! It’s so convenient with everything being in one cute box!
The last set is the Brows Now! All in One Brow Kit. Once again, this set has everything you could possibly need for your brows. It has four diverse brow powder shades ranging from a blonde to a dark brown with a wax to set the powders and an illuminating cream to highlight your brow bone. And they didn’t forget the tools either! The tin comes with a pair of tweezers, a brow brush and a comb to make sure your brows are looking tamed and tidy.
