Sometimes we just have to go back to the basics. We have top stop with all the AHAs and BHAs and anti-aging ingredients and just focus on what’s actually good and pure for our skin. I go through phases with my skincare. Sometimes I want to try out all the acids on my skin and try to prevent any wrinkle from forming as well as evening out my skin texture and tone with glycolic acids and Vitamin C. Not only is their packaging adorable and simple in all white and silver (I love that fox logo!) but they also have an extremely small product range which is definitely one of their strong points. They have a three step skincare routine that includes the Snow Fox Soothing Facial Mousse ($35USD), the Snow Fox Day & Night Defense Cream ($55USD) as well as two masks (one of which is so popular, it’s sold out and not even I could get my hands on it).
I am usually not a big fam of foam or mousse cleansers because I feel like they don’t pump out enough product to properly cleanse my skin. However, this facial mousse is a more dense foam so it does an amazing job at thoroughly removing all dirt and oils from my skin. Plus, it has peppermint oil in it that not only smells so invigorating and fresh but it alsois a natural anti-microbial that removes dirt, grease and bacteria buildup without stripping the skin of its natural oils! In addition, the citric acid helps exfoliate, promote new skin growth, unclog & shrink pores, correct uneven skin tone and treat acne, without being abrasive while aloe vera soothes the skin! It’s definitely the first foam cleanser I’ve ever liked and will continue using which is quite the shock to me!
The Day and Night Defense Cream is a great product as well. It’s a super simple, no fuss moisturizer. It’s suitable for all skin types no matter how dry or oily! And it’s the first time in a long time that I’ve used the same cream for day and nighttime. It’s kind of a relief, to be honest. The main ingredients in this cream areOlive Fruit Oil that hydrates the skin, Ginseng Extract that is an antioxidant that helps the skin effectively repair itself and Jojoba Oil that delivers nutrients deep into the skin while nourishing the skin with Vitamin A & E. Lastly,Macadamia Oil is included as the anti-aging component to promote skin regeneration!I found this cream worked incredibly well with my skin type. I have dry skin for the most part with oil areas in my T-zone and I noticed this cream was able to hydrate my dry areas while keeping the oil at bay in other areas! I have full faith this cream would work for any skin type!
