  • I’m officially on winter break and I’ve never been happier! I am not going to think about school for three weeks, how great does that sound?! Not that finals are over, and Christmas is nearing, I have been putting more of a festive touch on my outfits. I like to dress casual but add cute pieces to make it a bit more fancier. Because to me, fancy = festive.

The main part of my outfit is this gorgeous necklace from Knotty Gal. It truly is the perfect statement necklace. It consists of a cute black rope intertwined in a gold chain. The name, Knotty Gal, describes this company perfectly. All of their jewelry is made from knotted cord and metal to create a stunning masterpiece. I love all of their jewelry so much! Also, Knotty Gal donates a portion of all proceeds to the Bhandari Girls School. So not only are you getting a gorgeous piece of jewelry, but you are also giving girls the chance to learn and follow their dreams! What more could you want?!

Because I wanted this necklace to stand out, I kept the rest of the outfit pretty basic. I threw on this maroon/purple tee from American Eagle. This is one of my favorite shirts right now because from the front, it looks like a regular t shirt but then when you turn around… BAM… gorgeous pleated chiffon dresses it up. For bottoms, I’m wearing my new pair of Miss Sixty denim that are absolutely perfect. They fit so well and may be the comfiest pair I have ever owned. To complete the outfit, I finished with black accessories, like my Bloch flats and this oversized handbag.
