  • Ceramic Glaze Botanical Oasis Collection

Nothing says Summer like nail polish. Except ice cream. Nothing is more summery than ice cream, but nail polish is a very close second. As soon as the weather gets warm, my love for nail polish grows exponentially. Bright toes and fingers are an absolute must for these four months. And the new Botanical Oasis collection from Ceramic Glaze definitely fits that description. The limited edition Summer 2016 collection features 8 gorgeous polishes that will provide you with shinny, bright nails all Summer long.

French Riviera: A true blue creme polish with the slightestamount of shimmer.

Petal Pusher: This is one of my favorites from the collection. It’s the perfect periwinkle that I have been looking for my entire life.

Seize the Day: A blue toned, mid-toned pink. Nothing too exciting, but also nothing too boring.

Impulsive: This is probably the most unique polish in the whole collection. It is a deep magenta with blue shimmer that dries to a matte (!) finish. It’s so pretty!

Heavenly: A creamy white pearl with a light pink duo-chrome. This colour is incredibly sheer, so it can be used on top of other colours or apply lots of coats to achieve the desired opacity!

Perfect Peony: This is the perfect pink for summer. It has slight coral undertones with a bright pink hue!

Surf’s Up: A very minty turquoise. I used to love wearing colours like this growing up so I am very excited to relive my childhood with this polish.

Urbane: This is another one of my favorites! It is the perfect peachy nude for when you still want Summery nails but you want something a little bit more natural.

Aren’t all these colours gorgeous? I am seriously in love with every single shade. There is just one problem. As much as I love Ceramic Glaze polishes, I always find that they chip so quickly. That being said, I am also horrible at painting my nails and following with a topcoat so that could easily play into the problem. So, if you pick these up, make sure to apply a base coat and top coat to ensure optimal longevity!

You can find this new collection and their core colours at any Shoppers Drug Mart for $9.99 a piece I believe. (But my Shoppers Drug Mart is still the best.)
