  • Nip + Fab New Releases

I have some new arrivals from Nip + Fab to share with y’all today! I have fallen in love with Nip + Fab over the past couple of months ever since I tried out their Soften line (read that one here) and I have been dying to try some more of the Nip + Fab range!

First up is the Nip + Fab Dragon’s Blood Fix Hyaluronic Shot. But, before we get into the specifics, I would just like to draw your attention onto the fact that Kylie Jenner is a huge fan of the Dragon’s Blood range. So does that mean I’m a Kardashian now? I wouldn’t complain. I wouldn’t be mad at all if I looked like Kylie Jenner. #Goals.

This“Shot” is an intense hydration concentrate with 50% hyaluronic solution. I love hyaluronic acid. It plumps up the skin with hydration while trapping water inside the skin and helps to reduce fine lines and softens and smooths skin for a radiant complexion! You can mix in two drops into your moisturizer day and night to boost the hydration effect. This will be an absolute lifesaver for me during the winter when these Alberta prairies get even more dry. And for when your skin is feeling very dull and dried out, you can even apply this Shot directly onto your skin for a targeted overnight treatment. I always get really dry skin around my nose and lips when I get stressed out, so I have a feeling this will be a perfect solution for that!

I also got to try the new Nip + Fab Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads. But first, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. All my coworkers at Shoppers, you might want to cover your ears first. This might shock you. So, I don’t use a toner. And I don’t mean I’m lazy and I sometimes forget to use a toner. I mean that I haven’t used a toner in probably six years. I have absolutely no idea why I don’t. I take my skincare very seriously. I take every precaution and I like to use the best, but for some reason, that does not include a toner.

But, I’m happy to announce that I have been using these Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads and I’ve been loving them! They’re so easy and convenient to use because the toner is already soaked onto the pads for you. It takes all the effort out! These toning pads contain bee venom that acts as a natural botox (that’s what I like to hear!) as it controls facial muscles (maybe it will get rid of my killer migraines) and increases blood circulation to gently plump the skin. In addition witch hazel tightens and minimizes the appearance of pores. It also can repair broken skin and fight bacteria which is always a great thing for acne prone skin! I love using these toning pads both day and night, they make my skin feel extra clean after I remove my makeup and wash my face!

You can find the Nip + Fab Dragon’s Blood Fix Hyaluronic Shot ($24.95CAD) and the Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads ($12.95CAD) at my favorite store in Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart! (I’m not biased or anything.)
