  • Estée Lauder Pink Ribbon Products

“Every 19 seconds, somewhere in the world, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer.” And I’m sure I’m not the only one who can think of several women in my life who have been affected by this disease. In 1992, Evelyn Lauder created the iconic Pink Ribbon and started The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign as well as the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to dedicate funding solely to breast cancer research. And now, in 2018, theEstée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign is setting a fundraising goal of $8 million. To help achieve this goal, many of the brands under Estée Lauder Companies’ umbrella (to name a few: Aveda, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Glamglow, Jo Malone, and Smashbox) are selling Pink Ribbon Products to donate a percentage of the proceeds to breast cancer research.

I am super excited to share a couple of products from Estée Lauder that will be donating a portion of the sales to theBreast Cancer Research Foundation from September 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Not only are these products helping shed important light on Breast Cancer awareness and funding but they are also decked out in super cute, limited edition, pink packaging! I can’t say no to pink packaging, y’all.

The first product from The Breast Cancer Campaign is thePowerful Pink Color Collection. This set features four beautifully packaged products for only $40CAD/$35USD with 100% of the suggested retail price (up to a maximum donation of $430,000) from the sale of this product going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. All $40 of your money will go directly to the foundation when you purchase this product! That’s amazing! The set includes a gorgeous eyeshadow quad with the prettiest pink-toned shimmery shadows and a full sized eyeshadow brush to help apply them! In addition you get two gorgeous pink lip products. The first is actually my all-time favorite lipstick from Estée Lauder but in the limited edition metallic pink packaging! It’s the shade Powerful(which couldn’t be more of a perfect shade name for this campaign) and it’s the most gorgeous mid-toned pink that can easily go from a day time work makeup look to an evening party look! It’s a great lipstick. The second lip product is a Pure Color Envy Metallic Liquid Lipstick that I’ve actually never tried! The shade is #205 Flower Flow and once again, it’s a gorgeous mid-toned pink but with a trendy metallic, shimmery finish!

The second product in The Breast Cancer Campaign is the limited edition Advanced Night Repair Synchronized
    Recovery Complex II
($123CAD/$98USD). When purchasing this set, Estée Lauder will donate 20% of the price (up to a maximum donation of $310,000) to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This one is extra special because not only are you receiving the serum in the cutest metallic pink bottle but it also comes with a gorgeous leather tassel keychain that shows your support for breast cancer awareness. If you haven’t heard of the Advanced Night Repair serum before, you are seriously missing out. This is one of the most popular serums ever. It fights the key signs of aging, including dryness, dehydration, lines and wrinkles, dullness and loss of radiance. It’s truly a miracle product!
