I’ve gone grunge. It happened. I’ve ditched my lace and my pastels for muscle tanks and spikes. I know this grungy, edgy look is so trendy right now so I decided to try it out. This isn’t really my style, but I have to admit, i felt like a badass in this outfit. Nobody messes with Taylor. Plus this outfit is unbelievably comfortable.

I first threw on this tank from Front Row Shop. I’m absolutely obsessed with space and I have been wanting a top like this for forever. It reminds of the Brandy Melville ones. Speaking of Brandy Melville, they’re coming to Edmonton! Who’s excited?! Anyways back to the outfit. I think this tank is a perfect layering piece. I will definitely be wearing this top tons under cardigans and with circle skirts in the summer.

For bottoms, I picked out my most grungy looking pair of jeans. They’re a tad bit distressed. My black combat boots from Priceless have spikes on them, perfect for kicking people with that, because I’m intimidating like that. (I’m totally kidding if you couldn’t tell.) I then tied one of my flannels around my waist. This one is from the children’s section in Gap… it’s a boy’s XXL. Total grunge. As for my hat, it’s also from Front Row Shop. I just a simple black beanie with “Bad Hair Day” written on it because if you couldn’t tell, I was having a bad hair day.

Finally for jewelry, I added on my favorite rings from Loft 82 and BCBG Max Azria. My arms feel empty without bracelets so of course I had to wear my Pandora bracelet and some spike and skull bracelets too.

Go check out Front Row Shop. They have some really interesting pieces!
