I am so excited to be writing this review for y’all today! I have been dying to try Nip + Fab for the longest time ever since I discovered it was founded by the same woman as Rodial (#girlboss)! I absolutely love all of Rodial’s products so I figured I would love the Nip + Fab line just as much! Rodial can be quite pricey, but Nip + Fab is definitely more affordable, which I love! I got to try out their new Soften line which is specially formulated for dry skin with their special ingredient- kale! The kale is rich in vitamins A, C and K to help reinvigorate the skin.
First are the Nip + FabKale Fix Make-Up Removing Pads. I am always a sucker for make-up removing pads and these are no exception. They smell so fresh and light and are extremely soothing on the skin. These are even gentle enough to use on the eyes as well as your entire face! The pads contain a dual-function moisturizing complex that ensures skin is deeply comforted and touchably smooth!
Next, is the Nip + Fab Kale Fix Moisturizer. This is a pretty basic moisturizer. I am completely attached at the hip with my Clarins Hydraquench Cream so it would take a lot to tear me away from that one. However, if you want a more affordable moisturizer that is still high quality, I would definitely give this one a try. This one contains watercress extract, aloe vera and cucumber in addition to the kale that helps to moisturize, sooth and rejuvenate dry skin! I love the scent of this cream and it feels so lightweight and refreshing on the skin- perfect for the summer months!
Lastly is my favorite product of the whole line- the Kale Fix Clay Mask! I am always dying to try new masks! As you may know, I recently finished up Finals Week at school and throughout those two weeks of studying 24/7, my skin became very dry. I think I was dehydrated and studying indoors definitely did not help to add moisture to my skin. So, at the end of those two weeks, my skin was so dry and flaky. As soon as I finished my last exam, I celebrated by trying out this mask. It was the most relaxing thing ever! This mask is a 2-in-1 softening and decongesting mask so not only did it help to moisturize my dry skin, but it also help to brighten it up and return it to it’s healthy state! My skin was glowing after 10 minutes when I washed off the mask!
