I couldn’t be more excited to be featuring yet another InfluenceHer Essentials Kit on the blog again. As I’ve said before, these are some of my favorite curated boxes. They are always filled with the absolute best things and stuff that you actually use. This season’s box is themed for back to school and has everything you could need for a fresh start this fall. So let’s jump in and see what I got in my box!
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water & Soothing Facial Mist
I couldn’t have been more excited to open the box and see not one, not two, but THREE bottles of the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1. I am a micellar water fiend. I use it every single night without fail to remove all of my makeup and I treat it like regular ol’ water. Hence, I go through it super fast. Too fast. So, now that I have three bottles as my backup supply, I am a happy gal. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is so amazing at removing all my makeup while also cleaning and refreshing my skin without stripping it or making it feel too dry. It’s my holy grail.
I also got the Garnier SkinActive Soothing Facial Mist with Rose Water. Because of the rose water, this facial mist instantly hydrates and refreshes skin, even after makeup. It’s a multi-use product- you can use it as a moisturizer to hydrate, before makeup as a primer, after makeup to set it, and anytime throughout the day to refresh skin. Plus it’s suitable for sensitive skin!
Febreze® OdorGrab™
I feel like this was a lil’ random to get in my box but I honestly couldn’t have been more excited to receive it. This is the Febreze® OdorGrab™ and it’s one of the coolest products I’ve ever seen from Febreze. It’s a machine that filters the air and freshens it with a signature Febreze scent. There is a carbon infused filter that targets any tobacco smoke, cooking odors, pet odor and dander and other common household odors. This would be the perfect thing for all you new students moving into dorms! Mine is going straight into my office at work and I can’t wait!
Otterbox Otter + Pop Symmetry Series & HCXO Shop Coaster
I’ve had my iPhone X for almost a year now and yet, I’ve only ever had one case for it. AND in my whole past of owning iPhones, I’ve never once had an Otterbox case even though they are some of the most popular phone cases ever. This is the new Otter + Pop Symmetry Series phone case. It’s a beautiful lavender colour with an ATTACHED PopSockets PopGrip. How cool is that?! I never understood the hype behind PopSockets but ever since I’ve had this case on my iPhone, I can’t stop using it. It’s so handy. I feel like I’ve been hiding under a rock all this time. My mind is blown.
I also got the most adorable stone coaster from HCXO shop. My custom coaster reads “You’re doing fucking great” which is honestly the kind of inspiration and motivation I need every single day because I really am doing fucking great and I need to remember that.
Complete by Juice Plus+ Shake Mix
Whenever I used to go back to the school after the summer, one of the things I struggled with most was trying to get back into a solid routine. I often found myself so busy that I just didn’t have time to eat healthy or meal prep. But luckily, Complete by Juice Plus+ has got yo’ back. The Steripod Kit for Women
Guys. I think I’m getting old. The fact that I was this excited about this next product in my box means I’m officially an adult. I received a 1-year supply of Steripod products and it’s rocking my world. For those of you who don’t know, Steripod Toothbrush Protectors are a little cover for your toothbrushes that uses Thymol, a safe ingredient found in many mouthwashes, to protect your toothbrush for up to 3 months. Steripod’s patented design fits most standard or electric toothbrushes, and helps prevent cross-contamination between toothbrushes – especially important during flu and travel season! Because the last thing I want is to get sick during exam week at school.
I also got two Steripod Razor Protectors in Pink and Blue. These are especially great because they help keep your razor sharp using the same science that prevents rust on boats and skyscrapers. The zinc strip helps keep your blades sharper longer, and it also provides nice storage from them in your toiletry bag when travelling. But the thing I was most excited about were my Steripod Tongue Cleaners. They help to fight bad breath by gently scraping away build up on the tongue. Plus it feels so good to just scrape your tongue. Is that weird? Maybe.
