InfluenceHer Essentials Kit: Spring Edition

Last summer I partnered with Her Campus and the InfluenceHer Collective to promote their new Fall InfluenceHer Essentials Kit that was jam packed with everything you might need for back to school time. I absolutely loved all the items in the kit so when Her Campus asked if I wanted to see what was in their brand new InfluenceHer Essentials Kit for the Spring, I jumped at the chance. And I have to say, this box is even better than last season’s. I didn’t think that was possible.

Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula Face Collection

Palmer’s is pretty well known for their cocoa butter products but I had no idea they had expanded their line this much. The InfluenceHer Essentials Kit included a bunch of their new Coconut Oil products and I was so excited to give them all a try! These products are all free of Parabens, Mineral Oil, Sulfates, Phthalates, Gluten, GMOs, Harsh Chemicals as well as being non-comedogenic, dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic! I got to try out the Coconut Water Facial Moisturizer ($9.49USD), Coconut Sugar Facial Scrub (7.99USD), Coconut Water Hydrating Sheet Mask ($5.99USD) and my favorite, the Cocoa Butter Swivel Stick ($3.79USD)!

KIND Protein Bars

I had actually already tried these KIND Breakfast Protein bars before I received this box and they’re one of my favorite snacks to take for breakfast on the go! Both the Dark Chocolate Cocoa flavour and the Almond Butter flavour are delicious AND they have 8 grams of protein to keep you full! I also got to try their new KIND protein bar in the White Chocolate Cinnamon Almond flavour which was so yummy! Even though it has 12 grams of protein, it doesn’t taste like a normal powdery protein bar. It’s so good.

LeSportsac Cosmetic Bag & Juicy Couture Sunglasses

I feel like Lesportsac is such an iconic backpack brand for any student and yet, I have never owned anything from the company! Until now. This is the cutest little cosmetic bag in such a fun colourful print. What I especially love about it is that it’s lined with a slippery nylon so you don’t have to worry about staining it or getting it dirty. Any makeup will just wipe off with a damp cloth! I think I’m going to use it as a mini lunch bag inside my purse! How cute!

My Essentials Kit also included the cutest pair of sunglasses from Juicy Couture. Yes, you heard right. Juicy Couture is making a comeback, y’all. These are the JUICY JU604/S ($170USD) style and they feature a butterfly shape lens with textured metal chain temples inspired by the Juicy Couture jewelry collection. I recently brought these along on my road trip to the mountains and they were so great at blocking out the sun (and the haters).

Bondi Sands Self Tanning Products

This was probably the product that I was most excited for inside my InfluenceHer Essentials Kit. As summer is growing near, I need to get my tan because I am blindingly white right now. My box included the Dark Self Tanning Foam ($24USD), the Application Mitt ($6USD), the Liquid Gold Self Tanning Oil ($24USD) and the Tan Eraser ($24USD). So if you see me looking especially bronzed in the next couple of weeks, you’ll know why.
