No Wearing White After Labour Day

All throughout my life, my mom has always told me not to wear white after labour day. And I’ve always complied. Until now. With the warmer weather arriving, I’ve decided to break the mould that my mother has forced me into and finally wear white jeans in March. So, what do you all think about wearing white after labour day? Faux pas or totally acceptable? Let me know in the comments!

Now let’s talk about the upper portion of my outfit. I am so freaking obsessed with this jacket. I have been looking for the perfect spring coat for quite some time. I wanted something loose and slightly boxy and very casual. I had my eye on the beautiful Acne Aviator jackets, but sadly my budget doesn’t allow for a $3000 coat. So I was trying to look for a dupe, but along the way, I found this black corduroy jacket from one of my favorite stores, Noul. It’s extremely oversized with silver moto details and I have been wearing it nonstop. It seems to go with every single thing in my closet. It’s so unique too. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a corduroy jacket shaped like this. It’s so great. Plus, I got it for 30% because there was a hole in the pocket. I’m way too happy about it.

For the rest of my outfit, I’m wearing a striped dress from Brandy Melville that I knotted in the front to make it shorter. As much as I hate on Brandy Melville, I really do love this dress. It’s so versatile. For my sneakers, I’m wearing my fave Nike Air Max Theas. I have worn these shoes so much more than I thought I would this season. They are quickly become my go-to shoes.

I hope you all are having a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend! I’ll be back on Monday with some exciting new beauty reviews!
