Nothing screams Christmas more than Zoella’s holiday collections that she releases every year. Zoella Beauty really does know how to nail enveloping all those Christmas feels into the products and this Cosmic Christmas collection is definitely no exception. Not only are all of the items scented so beautifully but they all come so cutely packaged so it makes gift giving an absolute breeze for the holidays.
I got to try out a couple of items from this collection and like with all of her collections, I am a huge fan (of not only Zoella herself but Zoella Beauty as well). The first item is this Milky Way Bath Milk Powder. First of all, how cute is the name?! Absolute stellar marketing in my opinion. I’ve actually never tried a product like this before but it was definitely something I didn’t know I needed when I actually did. A bath milk in a bag sounded so weird to me at first. A powdered milk? A bag of milk? Are we in Ontario (who apparently sells bagged milk- very odd)? But no, in simple terms, this is a moisturizing bath milk powder that is enriched with
soothing vanilla and peppermint. You just pour a small amount into a bath and it leaves your skin feeling so soft and hydrated. Plus it smells amazing! Vanilla and peppermint are my two favorite scents for the holidays. Nothing is more relaxing then soaking in a good smelling bath tub after a long., cold day. Mmm. One sec- gotta take a quick break from blogging. I gotta go take a bath.
Okay I’m back. The other product I tried out was the Star Glazer Lip Balm Duo. Once again, great name. I love when holiday collections stick to a certain theme and these products are definitely staying true to the whole“Cosmic Christmas” vibe. These lip balms are so adorable and festive. I have such an obsession with lip balms. I can never say no to a new lip balm and thus I have a collection of far too many. But I just needed to know how these Zoella Beauty ones compare! First of all, they smell so good. One is shea nut scented which is one of my favorite scents. Shea scented candles. Shea scented body lotions. They’re all good. The second lip balm is the Cranberry Shimmer and it has a very light, festive cranberry scent with some added shimmer! They are both so nourishing and I love that only one of the lip balms has a sheen to it so you can make one your daytime lip balm and one your bed time lip balm. Super cute, right?
