When The Snow Comes Down In Tinseltown

I know. I know. It’s pretty obvious how I am going to start off this post. I am going to ramble on and on about how I hate winter and I hate being cold and I hate the snow. And it’s true. I really, really do. But, even though I was so terribly cold while taking these pictures, we all have to agree that the snow is kind of pretty (even when it’s blurring out all my pictures so you can’t really see the outfits #profashion blogger).

But luckily I won’t being seeing snow for a whole entire weekend soon. When you’re reading this, I will be in Vancouver, the loveliest place in Canada mostly because it doesn’t snow there. But it does rain there. A lot. And I’m not sure if I can handle that. Stay tuned for blog photos taken in rainy Vancouver. Will I have a smile on my face or will I be soaking wet? We shall see. I’m getting my umbrella ready as we speak.

So, what am I wearing in this blizzard? I honestly didn’t wear this coat for a good 8 months after I got it. I received it last December (yes, a whole year ago) and I didn’t start wearing it until I started my new job and realized it was actually kind of cute. It was quite the epiphany. Side note. I had to google how to spell epiphany. I think I got dumb now that I’m not in school anymore. RIP my brain. You did good for your short time on this earth.

With this coat, I wore this cute blouse from Aritzia. This is the Lourdes blouse (I think) and it’s so cute (wow Taylor, I am so glad you say the word cute every two seconds)! I am actually not the biggest fan of the shape of this top hence why you will always see me wearing a jacket or coat or sweater over it but I absolutely love the colours in it. The yellows, olives and rust oranges are my new aesthetic and those are the only three colours I will be buying from now on. I am very excited about it.
