I was recently in America (South Burlington, Vermont to be exact) and I picked up this Being Frenshe Body Soothing Serum Stick ($16.99USD) from Target (oh how I love Target) on a whim. I saw the words lavender, soothing, and magnesium and figured this was something that might become a much-needed part of my nightly routine. And boy oh boy, was I right. Being Frenshe is actually Ashley Tisdale’s line and if there’s one thing I love, it’s a celebrity beauty line (especially when it’s Ashley Tisdale’s). But, Being Frenshe isn’t just any beauty line. Instead, it’s a company founded around wellness essentials that uses the power of scent to enhance your well-being and boost your mood. I know that sounds a lil’ hippie but I vibe with it, I really do.
This Body Soothing Serum Stick is part of the Unwind & Rest Lavender Cloud Collection from Being Frenshe. The Lavender Cloud scent was created to encourage a peaceful sleep routine – giving you the feeling of drifting and dreaming. This particular scent is made up of a combination of calm lavender and sage blended with cocooning notes (their words, not mine) of coconut milk and purple iris. If you like a good lavender scent, you will love this one. It’s just so cozy and relaxing and calm. Perfection I must say.
But, it’s not just the scent that makes this Body Soothing Serum Stick so special. It also contains magnesium, squalane and sea water extract for targeted hydration and relaxation. You just glide it onto your skin anywhere, anytime and you will instantly feel a sense of calmness wash over you. Oh no, here I go sounding like a hippie again. But I swear my favorite thing to do every night is glide the stick all over my legs right as I’m getting into bed and I can’t even begin to explain how relaxed it makes me feel. I find I just melt into the mattress after that and fall asleep not too long after. And it has the dual benefit of also moisturizing and hydrating my skin so I wake up with silky soft legs! And now I must make it my life mission to try out more of the Being Frenshe line-up because I’m officially a fan. America, here I come!
