What I Ate in Calgary

What I Ate in Calgary

I honestly can’t believe I have never done a What I Ate post for Calgary. With Calgary being only 3 hours away from Edmonton, I’ve done more road trips to Calgary than I can possibly count and yet, I’ve never documented my restaurant experiences there until now. With COVID-19 still wreaking havoc on the world, we took all the precautions and wore our masks (except while we were eating) and sanitized our hands constantly. I’m pleased to report the staff kept their distance and kept everything clean and sanitized. And, of course, the food was absolutely delicious. So, please keep reading and enjoy my little weekend away filled with a whole lot of food!

I got so unbelievably hungry while writing this post. I took a break halfway and ordered a whole pizza and cauliflower bites from Pizza 73 because I couldn’t stand the hunger pains anymore. I wish I was joking. All I want is to be back in Calgary and be eating all of this delicious food. How can Edmonton and Calgary be so close together yet their food and restaurants differ by such a large extent? Calgary is clearly superior. That is the only time I will ever say that. Mark my words.
